Grace Saeki was born and raised in Japan and came to the United States to study rehabilitation medicine and public health administration at age 16. Since 1989, she has been self-employed as a Japanese–English simultaneous and conference interpreter, specializing in PDMA audits and QMS in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. She has grown her business by word of mouth and has worked closely with well-known Fortune 500 and Nikkei 225 companies and international projects with the U.S., Japanese, and E.U. governments.

Grace holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in occupational science and occupational therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) and a master’s in public health (MPH) from UCLA.
